Commercial Building Opportunities

Have you ever thought of starting your own business? Need more room? A better location? There are commercial building opportunities available in New Ulm. Contact an agent with Century 21 Koeckeritz Realty to find out what's available. Many times a building is for sale and for a variety of reasons there isn't a for sale sign out front. We have listed for sale the building at 2 S. Minnesota for $149,900. In the heart of downtown New Ulm, this building has been home to a variety of different businesses, has 5000 square feet and an attached garage at the back of the building.

Looking for a new home? There have been some recent new listings and price improvements on others. Interest rates are still low and should stay that way for the near future.

Your best bet when it comes to financing your home; look no further than local. Our local lenders are here for you and will be in future should the need arise to talk with someone about your mortgage.

Topic of conversation the other night -- traditional or boneless chicken wings?? What is a boneless wing? Gotta have the traditional wing!! For a meal or an appetizer, wings are my first choice and they need to be the traditional wing. Turner Hall in New Ulm has some good ones.

Halloween in near and in addition to the house to house tricks and treats there are a couple of other options. Turner Hall is having a haunted event and it's right on the end of South State. Head just a little bit further north and take in the haunted school. What once was the New Ulm Middle School or Junior High is having a Haunted event too. For a small fee get your socks scared off.

Speaking of school, the new high school is moving along just fine. Many rumors out there about being behind schedule, and being over budget and all sorts of other nonsense. Don't believe everything that you hear on the street as there are a lot of naysayers. Yes it's a Public School building will have facilities for people of all ages to enjoy and be proud of.

As I drove by the construction of the school on a very windy day, I had to take in a "proud" sight. High above the ground on the very tip of the crane that they have been using to set the massive walls and floors waved the American Flag. It's so great to see when contractors and anyone flies the American Flag.
